Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Quality Video Trust ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Quality Video Trust is an educational video discovery platform that curates and organizes links to educational content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or control the video content itself.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users

Content and Intellectual Property
All video content accessible through our platform remains the property of the original creators and hosting platforms. Our service provides curated links and descriptions but does not claim ownership of the embedded content.
The Quality Video Trust website design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of content are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Content
Our service includes links to third-party websites and embedded content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services. You access third-party content at your own risk.
User Submissions
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or other communications to us, you grant us the right to use such submissions for the purpose of improving our service, without compensation to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
